Goodbye Dan, Hello Robbie

In the coming month there will be a leadership transition at Spring Forward! Our esteemed Executive Director, Dan McNeil, will be leaving the organization to pursue new opportunities as Chief Development Officer for Family Resources.

We are grateful for Dan’s outstanding leadership and contributions during his ten-year tenure! He has been instrumental in guiding Spring Forward’s growth and establishing our organization as a leader in after school and summer programming. He will be greatly missed by our staff and school communities!

As we bid farewell to Dan, we are pleased to announce that Program Director, Robbie McIntyre, will be stepping into the role of Executive Director. “Mr. Robbie” as he is fondly called by students, has been with our organization for nine years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our mission. He is the architect of summer programs that have been recognized by the National Summer Learning Association for collaboration. This year alone he worked with 35 different nonprofit partners to engage them in Spring Forward programming. McIntyre also manages more than 100 staff members at 11 different after school and summer sites.

We understand that transitions can bring about questions and concerns, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions. Rest assured, our commitment to providing exceptional after school and summer programming to your children remains steadfast.
