2023 Spring Intersession Camps

Monday, March 20 - Friday, March 24
9am-12pm

Soccer Camp at Earl Hanson

Grades 1-6: Led by staff from the Rock Island Park District. Students will attend a Field Trip to River's Edge on Friday, March 24th.

Science and Nature Camp at Rock Island Center of Math and Science

Grades 1-6: Led by staff from the Putnam and Nahant. Students will attend a Field Trip to Nahant Marsh on Friday, March 24th.

Swimming Lessons at Rock Island Center of Math and Science

Grades 1-3 ONLY: Led by certified staff from the Rock Island Park District. Students will attend beginner swim lessons daily at the RIFAC. Students will need to wear proper swimming attire and have dry clothes to change into after lessons. Students will be transported from RICMS to RIFAC by Spring Forward staff. No Field Trip.

Jr. Chefs at Earl Hanson

Grades 4-6 ONLY: Illinois Jr. Chef combines nutrition education with cooking skills to teach students how to create fun, healthy, and delicious meals all on their own. Students will attend a Field Trip to NEST Cafe on Friday, March 24th.
